    A camp for traditional bluegrass students returns for a second year to Ontario, Canada when The Old School Bluegrass Camp holds their second annual meeting.

    Ontario, Canada — July 3-8, 2016, bluegrass fans will descend here for an exciting educational experience when The Old School Bluegrass Camp holds their second annual meeting.

    The Camp is being held at a beautiful converted public school in Prince Edward County, Ontario. There are limited spots available offering campers an incredible ratio of teachers to students, with no more than ten students on any given instrument.

    The camp features all the classic bluegrass instruments with tracks for Bluegrass banjo, clawhammer banjo, mandolin, fiddle, guitar, acoustic bass and Dobro. One on one sessions with instructors are included and the camp boasts an unmatched teacher ration of no more than 10 students per instrument.

    The camp fee includes basic camping, three delicious home-made meals a day (plus snacks), daily classes on your chosen instrument with a master musician/instructor, band labs where you'll learn to play as a group, concerts by your instructors on the school's stage, interactive workshops, private lesson, fun evening social activities, bon fire jams and all amenities.

The camp is the brainchild of Juno award winning musician Jenny Whiteley along with her good friend Alysa Hawkins who is the owner/operator/resident of the Old School and South in Milford Inn.
