We'd like to hear your music, and so would a lot of other people.

Like to get the commercial recording you're selling (or giving away for commercial purposes) exposed to a broader audience? We'd like to help! That's why we're submitting a call for MP3 submissions from your commercial recordings to build an MP3 Jukebox.

Our only requirements, besides your permission to make a single cut available for download and streaming:

Must be a commercial recording available for purchase online.
Your banjo playing on the selected MP3 should be prominent or the focus of the song.
We will only host one cut per recording.
Must be a full cut, no partial track.

NOTE: all music in this MP3 Library will be offered with your written permission as the artist that made the recording, and may be downloaded for personal use, but not repackaged or resold.

So - - - I gather from what you're saying that we can only submit songs/ tunes/ etc./ which we personally have recorded? Is it prohibited to submit other folk's work for your MP3 Jukebox?

That is correct that we only allow folks to submit their own commercial cuts on which they've played. Sharing someone else's work without their permission is obviously something we cannot do.
