Truegrass Entertainment has announced the release of Croweology: The Study of J.D. Crowe's Musical Legacy by Rickey Wasson.
Wasson, a former guitarist and lead singer with J.D. Crowe for 15 years has put together a stellar recording with support from bluegrass heavyweights Dan Tyminski, Mo Pitney, Don Rigsby, Steve Gulley, Ron Stewart, Adam Steffey and Harold Nixon.
A tribute to his former bandleader, friend and mentor J.D. Crowe, this is a powerful bluegrass album fans should not miss out on. Exceptional tracks throughout and props to Ron Stewart who can channel J.D. with the best of them.
