Hi from the UK !.

Hi all - A new 'old picker' here. I've been playing banjo (self taught) since 1963.I'm still a ''Banjo H*****t'' memebr,but i've 'lapsed'. However,having taken up mandolin close to 11 years ago,i've been on the Mandolin Cafe mostly.
I almost felt obliged to join in after Scott & Charlie put the hard work in to get the new site up & running. The Mandolin Cafe has been a huge success & i hope this is as successful
& as helpful to all the 'banjer pickers' who choose to join in,

Hi Tobin - It's nice to see familiar 'faces' on here. Yes,lets hope all the Mando.Cafe members who play the ''other'' instrument, migrate over here as well. I'll have to figure out how to put my Avatar on here sometime,
