    2016 NAMM Show

Posting some pictures of the action at this year's NAMM Show in Anaheim. One of our first stops was at the Deering booth which is always a hub of action. Caught the Kruger Brothers playing a mind blowing set, ran into Mark Johnson and really enjoyed our time with him. Both Jens and Mark are real world class folks. Don't ever pass up a chance to meet them!

Stops at the Rayco and Gold Tone booths. The former, their resonator banjo which was plugged in and and had an interesting low, gnarly tone, out of the ordinary for sure. Dug the sound of the Gold Tone bass banjo.

More random Deering images including a picture of Deering Clawgrass banjo #2 priced at approximately $15K. Nice little jam session with Jens and Mark drew a good crowd. We want one of those Deering stools!

Crossrock cases are a China based product we weren't familiar with. Their cases look quite well made. Their web site for anyone interested. Will be interested to see if any retailers are picking these up for availability.

Ome makes beautiful banjos. My favorite is the Silver Magician (as far as the Ome banjos I can afford!)

Thanks for posting the NAMM photos.

We've rigged your account so that if it sees you uploading a cartoon it will be replaced by those pictures of you on that farm in Missouri back in 1998 with... ahem... those poor chickens! You know the one.
